Order & Return Policy

  • Upon receiving your order from the courier, you will have 5–10 minutes to inspect and try the items.
  • If you choose not to keep the product, you may return it immediately to the courier and will only be responsible for the shipping fees.
  • No refunds will be issued after the courier has left.
  • For approved exchange requests, customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the exchange.
  • Any items accepted without inspection are considered the customer’s responsibility. No refunds or exchanges will be processed once the courier has departed.
  • Orders placed during sale periods may be inspected upon delivery; however, no refunds or exchanges are allowed on sale items after the courier leaves.
  • For orders containing four (4) or more items, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the order. This deposit must be paid within 24 hours of placing the order, otherwise the order will be automatically canceled.
