1. Delivery Areas

• We deliver across all governorates in Egypt through trusted courier partners.
• Shipping fees vary depending on your location and will be shown at checkout.

2. Delivery Time

• Orders within Cairo and Giza are usually delivered within 2–4 business days.
• Orders to other governorates may take 3–7 business days, depending on distance.
• During peak seasons or sale periods, delivery times may be slightly longer.

3. Order Processing

• Orders are processed once payment or confirmation is received.
• You’ll receive a confirmation message once your order has been shipped.

4. Delivery Attempts

• The courier will contact you before delivery.
• If delivery is missed, another attempt will be made the following day.
• After two failed attempts, the order may be returned to us.

5. Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of an error or defective item.
• Any additional delivery charges due to incorrect address or contact information will be the customer’s responsibility.
